Alarms for panic, fire, flood, and intrusion are actively responded to by this monitoring. CCTV signals of Human and vehicle detection will be responded to during desired ours of surveillance.
When a signal is received, the monitoring station will try to contact the homeowner; if they don't respond, their key holders will be informed.
This service provides JS Group with fault, activation and contact issues via PDF reports. We will contact you to advise and resolve

The Nearest Responder Accepts the Alarm in the RSPNDR app
When the alarm enters the marketplace, the nearest responder accepts the alarm. Progress on the guard’s response can be tracked in the RSPNDR Portal and the station’s management software.

Responder Finishes Investigation and Submits Report Through the App
The guard sends a detailed incident report through RSPNDR's mobile app. The report is available in real-time and includes photos and time stamps.
